(PCO) Texas-based ContentGuard Names Keith Hayes Mobile Product Manager

PLANO, Texas, March 24, 2014  — ContentGuard, a Texas-based pioneer of digital rights management technologies, is pleased to announce that Keith Hayes has been named the company’s mobile product manager.

Mr. Hayes will coordinate ContentGuard’s design, product development and marketing functions to drive adoption and usage of ContentGuard’s mobile applications. He currently is working with the company’s product development group to launch and support best-in-class products in the emerging area of mobile privacy and security.

Before joining ContentGuard, Mr. Hayes was the founder and chief technology officer at Klique Mobile, based in Southlake, Texas. He also held senior technology roles at LayerX Technologies Inc. in Grapevine, Texas.

Mr. Hayes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
