CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ–(Jun 11, 2015) – MYOS Corporation (“MYOS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MYOS), an emerging biotherapeutics and bionutrition company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of products that improve human muscle health and performance, announced today that it has published a research article entitled, “The Impact of Fertilization on the Chicken Egg Yolk Plasma and Granule Proteome 24 Hours Post-Lay at Room Temperature: Capitalizing on High-pH / Low-pH Reverse Phase Chromatography in Conjunction with Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) Technology” in the peer-reviewed journal, Food and Function. Food and Function is a monthly publication of the Royal Society of Chemistry (London, United Kingdom) that focuses on research at the interface of the chemistry, physics and biology of food.
